Foster-Miller began a five-year contract in February of 2002 for the Program Manager's Office for Chemical Demilitarization as a partner with FOCIS Associates, Inc. (formerly Arthur D. Little). The FOCIS team will provide engineering and site support services for all of the Stockpile chemical demilitarization facilities in the US.  Our role on the team includes engineering design and development of all special handling and process equipment and systems required to support the Stockpile Program together with support for training as required for the introduction of new systems in the Stockpile Program.
