Responsive Gels for Improved Patient Support

Foster-Miller supplies Morph™ gels that are engineered to respond to changes in temperature such as those caused by body heat. In its initial stage, a Morph™ gel is semi-liquid and readily conforms to the contours of the individual user. When raised to the desired temperature, the Morph™ gel becomes a more rigid structure that can be preprogrammed to be either soft and comfortable or firm and supportive, depending on the application. These gels provide a perfect support to reduce occipital breakdown with improved patient comfort and compliance.
